Hypnosis with Applied Positive Hypnotherapy

During Applied Positive Hypnotherapy, I will give you some very positively-worded suggestions while you are in a calm, relaxed hypnotic state. The suggestions I give you will be personally tailored towards you and whatever symptom(s) you are consulting me about. In addition to the positive suggestions, I will incorporate aspects of the Thrive Programme to empower you to think and act more positively. I will also teach you how to visualise the outcome you desire to further strengthen the positive suggestions of the hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy is the solution for you for shorter term problems that are only impacting on your life to a lesser extent. Examples of this are pre-driving test nerves or feeling anxious about giving a speech at a wedding.

If, however, you have been experiencing your problem over a longer period and it is having a bigger impact upon your life, I would recommend a course of the Thrive Programme. To use the example of being nervous before giving a speech: if you are otherwise quite happy but are just worrying a bit about making the speech, hypnosis is ideal for you. If worrying about public speaking is affecting you longer term at work or school and is preventing you from achieving your potential, then a course of Thrive is the best solution.
