The Fly Happy Programme will help you overcome a fear of flying using evidence based positive psychology. Over the course, of usually between 3-4 sessions, we will work one-to-one together to help you understand the real reasons behind why you are afraid of flying so that you can make the necessary adjustments to become a calm and confident flyer.
